Our fixed price laptop repair includes all of the parts to repair your laptop or we wont charge anything except the cost to send it back to you

the cost of all labour and the cost of all parts required to get your laptop back up and running again

Once your laptop repair has been successfully repaired we will ring you for payment and ship it back to you with an 90 day rtb warranty on the fault found

  2. Note we will not charge on a repair until the repair is completed
  3. Pack the laptop up properly, note any damage caused due to improper packaging is down to you.

  7. Ring us on 0121 772 5000 Monday to Friday before 12.30 lunchtime and we can arrange for dpd to collect free the same day. or bring it into our offices with a copy of the invoice / order given on checkout above

  8. international clients need to ship to us

  9. We will contact you when your laptop is ready we will then charge you and ship it back .

  10. We will give you a full Service Report when we ship and confirm the work completed.

  11. We will answer any questions you may have regarding the laptop repair.

  12. If we can’t repair your laptop we will return to you at no fee except the return carriage costs

  13. if you don't want your laptop returned we will offer you a fair price for the broken remains, and if need be for a small fee supply your information backed up for you to use in and usb external hard drive

Liquid damage or physical damage to the screen or case. we can quote on these separately

If a video card or other part is not repairable and has blown, we will give you the option of having the system back unrepaired free, or we will quote on a replacement part

most parts we can of course repair, but in the few occasions where we cannot or get a second hand part economically we will give you the choice.
